Ok, so I have to admit that this entry is a bit narcissistic but as I am so apt to say, it is what it is. Since this is all about life from my perspective then it only makes since to introduce myself. Hi, my name is Virginia. I am a 48 year old wife, mother, sister and aunt, fire marshal, personal trainer, educator and secret hippy/artistic/romantic wannabe from the sunny south. My interests are many and its extremely rare for me to find myself bored. My husband would say I'm easily entertained. He would be right.
I do love a challenge though. Its not that I'm overly competitive, which probably I am. But I definitely have more than my fair share of stubborn willpower. My daddy would have called it Moxxy.
You know, stubbornness is not necessarily bad thing. I have a feeling it is one of the best character traits to have, Would we have any new inventions in this world, any great athletes, any musicians or even successful marriages if we did not have stubborn folk.
I say we raise a glass to those mule headed people my momma would refer to in negative tones, especially when she was mad at my daddy, and offer our thanks. Its good to be in their company. If truth be known, they make the world fun, interesting and worth the fight.
